New Product Development Manager

Salary: $83,400–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead global manufacturing core teams for Test & Measurement instrument New Product Development programs.
• Represent Manufacturing on NPD core teams and communicate program strategies to Manufacturing management.
• Coordinate manufacturing, test, and materials plans for new product programs.
• Work with engineering and materials teams to develop and track product cost estimates.
• Partner with product development program managers to ensure tooling and test equipment capacity supports production ramp and steady-state manufacturing.
• Drive decisions, ownership, accountability, and process improvement in ambiguous and unstructured environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of electronics manufacturing-related experience.
• Knowledge of New Product Development processes.
• Understanding of manufacturing cost drivers at PCBA and product levels.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent qualification.
• PMI certification.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience on complex products.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
