What you will do

• Design, develop, and sustain electro-mechanical products for Test & Measurement applications.
• Partner with operations and suppliers to optimize designs for manufacturability, quality, and cost.
• Create and validate mechanical designs through prototyping, testing, and thermal/structural analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Marketing, and Procurement teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead small engineering projects from concept through production.
• Develop thermal models from CAD concepts and correlate simulation results with empirical data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME/MSME).
• 6+ years of electro-mechanical product design experience.
• Expert knowledge of sheet metal design, fabrication, GD&T, tolerancing, and assembly techniques.
• Advanced proficiency with Creo and Windchill.
• Strong thermal design and analysis experience using CFD tools and methodologies.
• Experience designing plastic components, machined parts, PCBs, and cable assemblies.

Nice to have

• Experience with RF interconnects and shielding design.
• Experience in Test & Measurement instrumentation or related high-technology products.
• Experience with Creo Simulate.
• Experience supporting products throughout their full lifecycle, including sustainment and value engineering.
