Program Manager, Manufacturing

Location: Los Angeles, CA, United States. U.S. citizenship is required for export-controlled and national-security-systems work.

Base salary: $130,000–$180,000 annually, plus potential stock options and benefits for full-time hires.

hirify.global is developing and operating low-cost uranium enrichment services in the United States to restore domestic nuclear fuel production.

What you will do

• Own critical-path program visibility and produce clear, leadership-ready updates.
• Partner with an engineering leader on priorities, decisions, and day-to-day execution.
• Build and maintain schedules, trackers, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Design, run, and improve engineering processes, including design reviews, reporting workflows, and review cadences.
• Standardize team workflows, decision logs, status collection, and follow-up tracking.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Legal, Communications, and Security while identifying and resolving execution risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, management consulting, operations, or a related field.
• Strong structured thinking, communication, synthesis, organization, and execution skills.
• Ability to ramp quickly on technical and regulatory subject matter.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.

• Experience designing and improving operational processes and operating rhythms.

• Fluency with program management tooling and workstream management.
• Experience handling sensitive, high-visibility work with professionalism and discretion.
