Program Manager (Robotics)

Location: Fremont, California, USA; onsite role

Annual salary: $145,000–$155,000, plus potential bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own cross-functional hardware NPI, qualification, production ramp, and post-ramp programs through end of manufacturing.
• Build and manage integrated plans across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, contract manufacturers, and external partners.
• Coordinate materials, tooling, testing, factory operations, field testing, PPAP, and manufacturing readiness.
• Manage schedule, cost, quality, capacity, operational risks, and customer commitments.
• Evaluate automation initiatives, capital investments, sourcing strategies, ROI, and total cost of ownership.
• Lead root-cause analysis, corrective actions, process improvements, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years of experience in hardware program management, NPI, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs from product development through production ramp.
• Understanding of PCBA, box-build assembly, machining, automation, supply chain functions, and manufacturing testing.
• Familiarity with PLM systems, change management, and project management tools.
• Ability to influence without authority, negotiate solutions, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with domestic and offshore Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
• Automation, digital manufacturing, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
• Knowledge of quality tools including 8D, 5 Whys, QMS, and COE.
• Previous robotics manufacturing and program integration experience.
