Sr Engineer Design Enablement (Parasitic Extraction)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain parasitic extraction components for RF Process Design Kits.
• Model semiconductor fabrication processes in parasitic extraction solutions.
• Collaborate with EDA tool vendors to resolve technical issues and improve PEX development.
• Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues related to PEX PDK components.
• Work with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver PEX solutions aligned with customer and business requirements.
• Develop automation for PEX development, validation, quality assurance, and engineering productivity.

Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of the semiconductor field.
• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in Physical Verification, LVS, and/or PEX flows is highly valuable.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry, EDA, or a related engineering field is advantageous.
• Verbal and written English communication skills required.
