What you will do

• Lead process qualification and acceptance activities for hirify.global systems at customer sites.
• Execute established process BKMs and support process transfer into customer manufacturing operations.
• Perform process characterization, data collection, and analysis to ensure requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot process, hardware, and system performance issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for customer escalations.
• Deliver customer training on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with semiconductor, optical coating, thin-film deposition, or vacuum process equipment.
• Experience qualifying and supporting production equipment in customer manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues.
• Must be based in the US.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50-75% domestically and internationally.
