Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Healthcare Software)

What you will do

• Own recruiting activities from initial candidate contact through final offer.
• Identify and approach qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes in alignment with People Partners and Hiring Managers.
• Ensure a smooth, respectful, and positive candidate experience.
• Support recruiting for complex and strategically important roles.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing.
• Completed degree in Business, Social Sciences, Business Psychology, or a comparable field.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident, engaging presence.
• Hands-on attitude and interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in a startup environment.
• Experience with Ashby as an ATS.
