Recruiter Lead

hirify.global is a deep-tech fusion company developing the hardware and infrastructure for commercial stellarator fusion power plants.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
• Build, lead, and develop the recruiting team, deciding when to use internal hiring, agencies, or RPO support.
• Design both high-touch technical recruiting and structured, high-volume hiring for manufacturing technicians, operators, and production roles.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers on headcount forecasting, role profiles, hiring plans, and facility ramp-up.
• Personally lead senior, niche, and business-critical searches while building sourcing pipelines, talent communities, and employer brand presence.
• Own recruiting metrics, candidate experience, and strategic TA projects from scope through delivery.

Requirements

• Experience leading and scaling a Talent Acquisition function and building or growing a TA team.
• Direct recruiting experience in deep-tech or highly technical, hardware-intensive environments such as aerospace, energy, robotics, automotive, or semiconductors.
• Experience designing both high-volume structured hiring processes and bespoke senior technical searches.
• Hands-on recruiting, team management, strategy development, data-driven hiring, and continuous process improvement experience.
• Comfort working in a scale-up with uncertainty and changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring and building teams in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Experience leading international TA teams, with a focus on Germany.
• German at C1 level or above.

• Recruiter interview lasting 30–45 minutes.
• Three panel interviews lasting 60 minutes each.
• CEO call lasting 30 minutes.
