Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring pipelines as the first dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist in New York.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Run and improve high-velocity hiring processes for Sales, Customer Success, and enabling functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to manage funnels, remove bottlenecks, and accelerate decisions.
• Deliver a strong experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.

Requirements

• Experience in an internal Talent Acquisition team at a hyper-growth startup, as a GTM operator at a venture-backed startup, or in a highly competitive recruitment agency.
• Creative and proactive sourcing skills with a strong understanding of go-to-market hiring for a growing startup.
• Exceptional storytelling skills for presenting career opportunities to highly sought-after candidates.
• Experience designing and operating high-velocity hiring pipelines.
• Experience using modern AI-centric recruiting tools such as Ashby, Metaview, Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, or Lemlist.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City.
