Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: New York City, on-site

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year plus equity

The company is a Series A startup with more than $10M ARR and an 80+ person team across its Berlin headquarters and New York office.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring pipelines as the first dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist in New York.
• Build strong candidate pipelines quickly through creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Run and continuously improve hiring processes for Sales, Customer Success, and enabling functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to manage funnels, remove bottlenecks, and accelerate decisions.
• Deliver a strong experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.

Requirements

• Experience in an internal Talent Acquisition team at a hyper-growth startup, as a GTM operator at a venture-backed startup, or in a highly competitive recruiting agency.
• Creative, proactive sourcing skills and a strong understanding of GTM hiring for growing startups.
• Exceptional storytelling skills for presenting career opportunities to high-demand candidates.
• Experience designing and running high-velocity hiring pipelines with modern, AI-centric tools.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City.

• Experience at a top-tier recruiting agency in a highly competitive market.
• Familiarity with the New York technology and startup ecosystem.
• Experience helping build an office or team from scratch.
• Experience with tools such as Ashby, Metaview, Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, or Lemlist.
