What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and deliver a strong candidate experience.
- Represent the employer brand at career fairs and recruiting events while building candidate networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, qualifications, and candidate profiles.
- Source, engage, screen, and interview candidates, then create qualified shortlists.
- Evaluate professional qualifications and cultural fit, coordinate selection, and support offer negotiations.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience with active sourcing and maintaining sustainable talent pipelines.
- Strong communication, consulting, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Structured, proactive, solution-oriented, and creative approach to work.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and common business applications.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
