Salary: $230,000–$300,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own problems end-to-end, from system design and technical direction through production operation.
• Scale and harden AWS infrastructure for growing enterprise demand.
• Design and build backend services, APIs, data pipelines, distributed systems, and internal workflow automation tools.
• Analyze request logs, debug event streams, and improve system reliability.
• Work with customers to understand healthcare workflows, scope integrations, and translate requirements into product specifications.
• Write evaluations for LLM-powered systems and contribute to SDKs, developer documentation, and platform architecture.

Requirements

• Strong backend and/or infrastructure experience with ownership of system design decisions and production systems operated at scale.
• Experience with Python, Go, or TypeScript; React experience is relevant for cross-stack delivery.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Ability to make architectural decisions, lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance.
• Interest in system design fundamentals, consistency guarantees, reliability, and maintainable code.

Nice to have

• Experience migrating from CDKTF or working with Nix.
• Experience with HTMX.
• Experience contributing to SDKs and developer documentation.
