TL;DR
Workplace Operations Associate (AM Shift) (Facilities and Warehouse Operations): Maintaining an organized, functional, and secure warehouse and building with an accent on building maintenance, vendor coordination, furniture handling, and safety monitoring. Focus on coordinating onsite repairs, moving and assembling equipment and furniture, responding to facility requests, and identifying workplace hazards.
Location: Santa Ana, California, United States; onsite five days per week. AM shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.
Salary: $21–$23 per hour.

What you will do
- Assist with general building maintenance, custodial work, and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate and escort external service providers and vendors for onsite repairs, maintenance, and janitorial tasks.
- Monitor facility projects and repairs, respond to departmental tickets, and complete special assignments.
- Move boxes, pallets, equipment, furniture, and storage racks as needed.
- Assemble and install furniture and identify safety risks such as spills and tripping hazards.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; uses E-Verify.
- Must work onsite in the Santa Ana office five days per week.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- General knowledge of facilities maintenance, basic computer skills, and comfort using Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Sites.
- Ability to assemble furniture, set up and tear down events, multitask, and lift, carry, and move materials weighing 75+ pounds with assistance or proper equipment.
- Ability to work around machinery noise and variable warehouse temperatures and humidity, and to stand, walk, bend, squat, and use hand tools for extended periods.

- Knowledge of Jira.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, or HVAC.
