Integrated Schedule Manager

hirify.global is a fusion-energy company developing the hardware and infrastructure for commercial stellarator fusion power plants, with teams across Munich, Zurich, and Oxford.

What you will do

• Build and advance the Integrated Master Schedule architecture for Alpha, including WBS structure, activity coding, baseline conventions, and schedule governance.
• Integrate schedules from facility construction, plant and equipment suppliers, manufacturing, and machine engineering into a coherent programme baseline.
• Maintain a live six-week rolling lookahead and continuously identify critical and near-critical paths.
• Model schedule impacts from scope changes, design evolution, and supplier delays, providing early warnings and recovery scenarios.
• Prepare schedule status packs and risk-adjusted scenarios for release-gate decisions, management reviews, and programme governance.
• Align schedule baselines with cost forecasts and support the development of the broader PMO project-controls framework.

Requirements

• Experience managing integrated schedules on major capital programmes in energy, industrial, research-infrastructure, or similarly complex multi-discipline projects.
• Ability to build an Integrated Master Schedule architecture from scratch and work with federated inputs from different tools and conventions.
• Technical proficiency with scheduling tools for large-scale complex projects.
• Ability to enforce schedule discipline across internal engineering teams, suppliers, and external delivery partners.
• High autonomy and strong analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
