Regional Schedule Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Remote across Europe, London, UK, and Palo Alto, CA; collaboration across European and US projects and time zones.

Salary: £155,000–£220,000 in the United Kingdom or €175,000–€250,000 in Europe, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Own planning and scheduling standards across all hirify.global projects.
• Build and maintain the integrated master schedule across the fleet.
• Govern schedule baselines, progress measurement, and project change.
• Run schedule risk analysis and drive mitigation with project teams.
• Review contractor schedules, enforce scheduling standards, and report portfolio performance to leadership.
• Coach project controls leads and provide schedule intelligence for new-project front-end planning.

Requirements

• Planning experience on data center or major capital projects.
• Expert command of Primavera P6 and structured scheduling practices.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or portfolio-level planning.
• Demonstrated experience running schedule risk analysis on complex programs.
• Confidence challenging contractor and project schedules constructively.
• Comfort working across European and US projects and time zones.
