Project Controls Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Europe; willingness to be based in the Nordics throughout delivery required

Salary: €145,000–€210,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own project planning, cost control, and reporting from start to finish.
• Maintain the integrated project schedule and measure delivery progress.
• Run cost forecasting, accruals, and value-of-work-done reporting.
• Manage change control and protect the project baseline.
• Maintain the risk register and drive mitigation actions.
• Review contractor schedules and payment applications, and provide reporting for project and regional leadership.

Requirements

• Project controls experience on data center or major capital projects.
• Strong command of Primavera P6 and cost management practices.
• Experience across both planning and cost disciplines.
• Experience running change control on live projects.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Willingness to be based in the Nordics throughout delivery.
