Senior Manager, Commercial IT (Automotive)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; 4–5 days per week in the office. Regular in-person meetings, events, and occasional business travel are required.

Base salary: $160,000–$192,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Set the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Commercial IT platforms supporting Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Digital Products, Customer Service, and Aftersales.
• Own the Aftersales Retail ERP program, including solution design, vendor execution, phased deployment, business adoption, and operational support.
• Lead integrations across service, parts, finance, and logistics functions.
• Build and manage a multidisciplinary team of product owners, developers, and solution architects.
• Advise Commercial Operations and executive stakeholders on technology investments, operating models, and business transformation.
• Establish governance, investment priorities, policies, standards, KPIs, and operational frameworks for Commercial IT platforms.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience focused on business analysis, project management, and solution delivery.
• Proven success delivering IT projects and large-scale enterprise transformation programs in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience leading managers, senior professionals, and cross-functional teams, as well as managing technology portfolios, budgets, vendors, and operating plans.
• Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, governance frameworks, KPIs, and operational performance management.
• Deep understanding of automotive industry trends and challenges, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
