Technical Program Manager (AMD)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $93,400–$143,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead the AMD strategic partnership program from ideation through implementation.
• Align AMD technical roadmaps with engineering teams across disciplines and hirify.global business units.
• Manage proof-of-concept implementation, partner coordination, and knowledge sharing.
• Drive integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into market-ready solutions.
• Define milestones, deliverables, resources, risks, progress reports, and escalation paths.
• Communicate with senior AMD stakeholders, hirify.global executives, engineering teams, and matrixed project resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Typically 5–7 years of experience.
• Experience creating and managing project and program planning tools.
• Ability to lead and influence diverse teams across cultural and time zone boundaries.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing programs, briefing executives, working with scrum teams, negotiating with business groups, and directing matrix teams and resources.
