Technical Program Manager (AMD Partnership)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $116,150–$182,400 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Manage multi-function programs from ideation through solution implementation, defining timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate the AMD partnership and align external technical roadmaps with hirify.global engineering teams across disciplines.
• Guide proof-of-concept implementations, collaborate with multiple partners, and capture and share learning.
• Drive the integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and market-ready solutions.
• Lead alignment across Pan-hirify.global business units, communicate progress and escalations, and brief executives and partner stakeholders.
• Review program plans and provide feedback to improve program management quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• Typically 5–7 years of experience.
• Experience designing and developing project and program planning tools to create, manage, and track results.
• Ability to lead and influence diverse teams across cultural and time zone boundaries.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
• Ability to communicate technical plans, proposals, and results and negotiate options with senior management.
• Experience bridging highly technical engineering teams with non-technical business and executive leadership.
• Innovation experience involving new business, technical, engineering, and/or manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing programs end to end, briefing executives, leading or working with scrum teams, negotiating with business groups, communicating with stakeholders, and directing matrix teams and resources.
