Salary: $154,000.00–$212,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Lead SPG’s SAP S/4HANA transformation strategy, integrated planning, program charter, scope, milestones, and governance forums.
• Lead a matrixed team of subject-matter experts, domain owners, solution owners, GIS/Finance, external partners, and system integrators.
• Own planning and execution across design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, and hypercare workstreams.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, resources, schedule, budget, quality, and readiness metrics.
• Drive business process standardization and future-state process design across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, and service operations.
• Report program status, risks, trade-offs, KPIs, and decisions to executive steering committees and senior leadership while driving alignment and business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of industry experience, including significant program or project management experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and working teams, drive alignment and decisions, and deliver results without direct authority.
• Strong command of program management methods and tools.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and dependencies across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, or service, including processes such as Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.
• Experience leading complex ERP-enabled business transformation initiatives, such as SAP transformation or readiness activities, and understanding how ERP decisions affect operations, financial controls, and customer commitments.
• Ability to solve complex problems, make data-driven trade-off decisions on scope, schedule, cost, and risk, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Proven track record leading ERP or business transformation programs in a matrixed organization.
• Experience in semiconductor, high-tech, or complex manufacturing.
• Master’s degree, MBA, or MS.
