Maintenance Technician (Robotics)

Location: Haslet, TX, United States; onsite warehouse environment

What you will do

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on mechanical, material-handling, automated, facility, and grounds equipment.
• Inspect equipment, diagnose problems, and complete repairs using specifications, diagrams, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate daily priorities with management and lead technicians and communicate with onsite and international team members.
• Document work orders, parts used, time spent, repairs completed, and daily assignments in company software.
• Maintain inventories of tools, supplies, and replacement parts and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Follow applicable safety procedures and codes, identify unsafe conditions, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• High school graduation equivalent and three years of experience maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, and facilities in industrial settings.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, diagrams, and specifications.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedures and respond effectively to staff, managers, and technical representatives.
• Computer proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Microsoft Visual Studio, command prompts, ClickUp, and other software applications.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including on-call or standby coverage, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work onsite in a warehouse with variable temperatures, elevated heights, moving machinery, electrical hazards, fumes, vibration, and other industrial conditions.

• Practical problem-solving skills in situations with limited standardization.
• Ability to analyze unsafe conditions, establish facts, draw conclusions, prioritize assignments, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of probability, geometry, trigonometry, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
