Night Shift Automation and Robotics Maintenance Technician (Robotics)

Location: Gresham, Oregon, United States; onsite night shift

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year, plus stock and benefits

What you will do

• Resolve unplanned equipment downtime and drive reliable recovery.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance.
• Support automation equipment upgrades with engineering and operations teams.
• Keep standard operating procedures and engineering procedures accurate and ensure compliant work practices.
• Manage shift-to-shift communications, maintenance documentation, equipment modifications, and spare-parts inventory.
• Follow safety regulations and contribute to robust engineering workflows and positive build practices.

Requirements

• Four or more years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with mechatronics, electrical and/or controls automation, or equipment testing in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing preventive maintenance programs; familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance principles and Lean Manufacturing.
• Ability to troubleshoot using mechanical and electrical schematics and diagram prints.
• Good computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency; familiarity with CMMS preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and overtime, with schedule changes based on business needs.

Nice to have

• SolidWorks experience for locating assemblies and parts.
• Food processing industry experience.
• Experience or strong interest in automation.
• Project management skills and a desire to learn and grow.
