What you will do

• Design and implement task-focused AI agents to assist professional audit workflows.
• Build document understanding and structured-data extraction systems.
• Lead the development of production-grade AI services and iterate rapidly with product and customer teams.
• Work across the product portfolio to enable cross-team innovation and scalable AI solutions.
• Partner with product managers and UX designers in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile/XP environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 9+ years of software development experience with Python, Java, or C++.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs or AI systems (NLP preferred).
• 6+ years leading complex technical projects from inception to delivery.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Hugging Face.
• Proficiency in full-stack development and Agile/XP practices (TDD/BDD, pair programming).

Nice to have

• Microsoft Azure AI-102 certification.
• Experience with Azure AI services and Azure AI Document Intelligence.
• Background in startup-like environments or innovation teams.
• Experience with MLOps, AI governance, or regulated/compliance-driven environments.
