Agentic AI Specialist (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support AI agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform.
• Administer Microsoft Agent 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, connectors, gateways, and Power Platform environments.
• Define and operate governance standards covering agent documentation, testing, publishing, monitoring, lifecycle management, and retirement.
• Integrate agents with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, Azure services, and enterprise applications.
• Provide second- and third-line support, manage escalations, and improve platform operations and service delivery.
• Create administration procedures, support runbooks, knowledge articles, FAQs, and administrator guides.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT solution design, development, administration, or support in complex enterprise environments.
• Approximately 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and related Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting AI agents, chatbots, automation solutions, or generative AI tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, Azure services, enterprise applications, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of agentic AI architecture, orchestration, governance, lifecycle management, security, compliance, access control, monitoring, and responsible AI.
• Fluent English required. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, IT, software development, data science, or a related field is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI solution deployment using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of LangChain, Semantic Kernel, N8N, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Microsoft certifications such as AI-102, MS-102, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, Microsoft 365 Copilot certifications, or ITIL Foundation.
