Senior Fullstack Developer (Automotive)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; 4-5 days per week in the office. Regular in-person meetings, events, and occasional business travel are required.

Salary: $140,000-$170,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, integration, and support of enterprise web applications, APIs, and real-time digital experiences.
• Build scalable frontend applications, reusable UI frameworks, component libraries, dashboards, workflows, and data visualizations using React and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, event-driven services, and microservices with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Node.js, and Express.
• Implement real-time communication, secure authentication and authorization, API security, session management, and distributed application workflows.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems, cloud services, third-party platforms, and data platforms.
• Establish coding standards, testing frameworks, observability, monitoring, resiliency, documentation, and operational support practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full stack application development experience, with strong experience in manufacturing and automotive solutions.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed architectures, and real-time applications using SignalR or WebSockets.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native development, DevOps processes, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience; strong communication and collaboration skills.
