Staff Fullstack Engineer (Automotive)

Location: Remote

Salary: $141,807–$212,710 gross annual base pay, plus potential equity and discretionary annual incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Define the technical vision for enterprise applications, integration platforms, and digital capabilities supporting operations and supply chain transformation.
• Design scalable, resilient, secure, and cloud-native platforms for growing operational complexity and supply chain demands.
• Develop API-first, event-driven, and data-centric integration strategies across Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and other business functions.
• Evaluate technologies, SaaS platforms, and integration capabilities while advising engineering leadership and business stakeholders.
• Establish standards for software quality, reliability, security, observability, maintainability, automation, and governance.
• Mentor engineers, improve developer productivity, and lead initiatives that strengthen technical execution across teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in automotive, e-commerce, or manufacturing-adjacent environments.
• Hands-on experience with React, microservices or serverless architectures, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Experience delivering supply chain, procurement, or e-commerce systems at OEM or Tier-1 scale.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, infrastructure as code, cloud-native design patterns, and production systems with real SLAs.
• Experience with API design, event-driven messaging, EDI integration, CRM and ERP platforms, and heterogeneous enterprise systems.
• Ability to communicate technical complexity as business outcomes and present to executive and board-level audiences.
