Full Stack Developer (Business Systems)

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annual base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Architect and manage the internal operating system platform from the ground up.
• Build dashboards for operational efficiency, financial tracking, purchasing, and cross-functional business management.
• Implement solutions for business needs and support day-to-day system operations, maintenance, security setup, and updates.
• Integrate valuable new data sources and analyze disparate datasets to derive insights.
• Document processes with business teams, plan project tasks, and recommend remediation for solution issues.
• Respond to and resolve intermediate system and business questions across departments.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status required.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of professional full-stack development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and SQL.
• Experience implementing an end-to-end ERP solution.
• Experience profiling and analyzing data, deriving insights, and working with disparate datasets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders, and management.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of production or manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience learning new systems and creating or implementing new functionality.
