Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Design and maintain full-stack applications for deployment, monitoring, logistics, system configuration, testing, and live operations.
• Develop APIs, databases, dashboards, and integrations with manufacturing, telemetry, and inventory systems.
• Architect and operate AWS infrastructure, including secure and compliant GovCloud environments.
• Implement authentication, authorization, data security, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment software.
• Collaborate with field teams to translate operational requirements into scalable tools.
• Automate validation across hardware and software systems and troubleshoot performance in field environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of production experience developing and maintaining full-stack applications.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
• Backend development experience with Python, Node, or Go, plus relational databases and RESTful API design.
• Experience with CI/CD systems, Docker, container orchestration, and version control.
• U.S. work authorization may be required for access to technology controlled under EAR and ITAR; Mach participates in E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics, manufacturing, mission-critical systems, or secure and air-gapped environments.
• Familiarity with ATAK and other military software platforms.
• Experience with multi-platform applications, telemetry, data visualization, or autonomous-system control interfaces.
• Passion for defense technology and real-world operational impact.
