Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California; must reside in or be willing to permanently relocate to the San Francisco area.

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the full feature development lifecycle from scoping and implementation through user testing and launch.
• Build web and API features using full-stack development practices.
• Translate complex operational needs into reliable technical solutions.
• Partner with operations, clinical, compliance, and product teams.
• Contribute to greenfield systems using AI technologies.
• Support product development, cloud infrastructure, and data security.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Proven experience with web and API development.
• Hands-on experience with cloud architectures and platforms such as AWS.
• Must reside in or be willing to permanently relocate to the San Francisco, California area for a hybrid schedule.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
