Fullstack Engineer (AdTech)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco or New York (On-site)

Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Shape the foundation of the engineering organization and lead technical design initiatives.
• Build and optimize matching algorithms and user experiences reaching millions of users.
• Partner with data and GTM teams to drive product direction based on user experimentation.
• Work across the full stack to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Own features end-to-end in a high-agency, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience building and scaling production-quality systems.
• Comfortable working across the stack and handling ambiguity.
• Must be able to work in-person in San Francisco or New York.
• Strong interest in end-to-end ownership and startup environments.
• Background as a startup founder or early-stage engineer is a plus.
