Field Application Engineer (FAE)

What you will do

• Partner with EMEA Sales to understand customer needs and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and demos.
• Design and execute proof-of-concepts while guiding engineering teams and technical stakeholders through product evaluation and decision-making.
• Lead architecture reviews, deployment planning, and systems integration design for GNSS corrections, cloud services, autonomy stacks, and embedded systems.
• Support product integration, onboarding, adoption, documentation, and technical training.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, optimize performance, and act as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with global counterparts and contribute to reusable solution assets, demo environments, standardization, and training content.

Requirements

• Must be based in Switzerland.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
• At least 2 years of experience in hardware, software, and/or GNSS.
• Experience with technical advisory, system design, debugging, troubleshooting, or technical stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work with GNSS corrections, cloud services, autonomy stacks, and embedded systems.
