Integrator and Deployment Expert - Professional (API Integration)

Location: Hybrid; Poland - Warsaw, with potential locations in Vienna, Warsaw, Brussels, Paris, Seclin, and Villeurbanne

What you will do

• Deliver structured onboarding packages including documentation, integration kits, kickoff meetings, and test equipment.
• Embed the ECR API into partner ECR environments to enable secure payments through Terminal API and Tap on Mobile.
• Create and maintain developer documentation, sample code, tutorials, API references, and integration guides.
• Advise partner developers on API usage, error handling, monitoring, and production readiness.
• Troubleshoot API connectivity and system interoperability issues and provide technical integration support.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to deliver reliable integration solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting API integrations.
• Experience with system integration; financial services or POS/ECR environments are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software environments.
• Excellent spoken and written English required.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed international teams.

• Experience supporting the ECR API.
• Background in financial services or POS/ECR environments.
