Solutions Consultant (Insurtech)

Location: Remote

Salary: $165K–$185K per year, plus equity

hirify.global builds software that helps large insurers modernize claims processing, including digital first notice of loss intake, fraud detection, and adjuster tooling.

What you will do

• Run discovery, solution design, and integration strategy for insurance carrier deployments.
• Support critical phases including initial deployments, major expansions, and FDT opportunities.
• Own the technical narrative across assigned carrier accounts and partner with Client Engagement Managers.
• Write actionable defect tickets with reproduction steps, sample payloads, and expected versus observed behavior.
• Review API payloads, run smoke tests, and maintain versioned workflow documentation and field-level mapping specifications.
• Monitor account health with production SQL queries, identify anomalies, and coordinate internal incident management.

Requirements

• Comfort working with SQL, JSON, APIs, payloads, and relational data models.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.
• 5–10 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or client-facing role such as solutions engineering, technical account management, or implementation consulting.
• Experience or exposure to SaaS products and AI or machine learning-powered features.
• Proactive, execution-focused approach and motivation to take on increasing ownership.
