Sales Engineer

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom or Ireland; applicants must already have residency and the legal right to work in one of these countries. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not provided.

What you will do

• Partner with sales representatives on solution consulting and technical support throughout the sales process.
• Qualify opportunities, manage proof-of-concept processes, and deliver configured, value-driven product demonstrations.
• Explain product features, benefits, architecture, and technical details to technical and business stakeholders.
• Identify solution approaches, address technical objections, and document requirements, integrations, and overall solutions.
• Collaborate with Services, Product, Engineering, and customer success teams to support successful implementations.
• Advance leads, support customer conversion and upselling, and provide technical thought leadership.

Requirements

• Experience or understanding of technical presales and software solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, integrations, security, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent customer communication skills and the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
• Native-level English communication skills are required.
• Existing residency and legal right to work in the UK or Ireland are required.
