GTM Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in New York City (On-site, 5-6 days per week)

What you will do

• Own the full deal lifecycle from prospecting and demos to contract negotiation and customer success.
• Translate deep financial industry experience into actionable product feedback and roadmap priorities.
• Develop and refine GTM strategies, including market segmentation, positioning, and messaging.
• Build and optimize pipeline systems to convert interest into revenue.
• Identify and validate new market verticals by leveraging professional networks.

Requirements

• 1-6 years of experience in Real Estate, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Public Equities.
• Proven ability to build financial models and deep understanding of financial professional workflows.
• Strong drive to close deals with large financial institutions.
• Resourceful, low-ego, and high-standard approach to problem-solving.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York City 5-6 days per week.
