GTM Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and build AI-powered workflows for prospecting, account research, lead routing, and sales productivity.
• Build and maintain automated enrichment pipelines using firmographic, technographic, intent, and behavioral signals.
• Optimize lead scoring, account prioritization, routing logic, and pipeline quality.
• Integrate Salesforce with the broader GTM technology stack and automate revenue workflows.
• Evaluate and deploy AI tools, agents, and automation technologies, measuring their business impact through experiments.
• Build dashboards and reporting for pipeline generation, conversion, and operational performance while partnering with Revenue Operations, Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, Growth Engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with Clay, Zapier, Workato, Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce and modern GTM technology stacks.
• Practical experience applying AI, LLMs, or AI agents to business workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data pipelines, workflow automation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit, or similar enrichment platforms.
• Experience building AI agents or autonomous business workflows.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.
• Experience designing experiments and measuring GTM performance through data.
