What you will do
- Evaluate designs for manufacturability and testing, and provide feedback to design teams.
- Design and implement tooling and test solutions for component builds and delivery.
- Develop manufacturing processes and procedures for flight hardware.
- Manage projects, communicate with stakeholders, and execute against tight timelines.
- Resolve technical issues and product non-conformances with technicians and engineers.
- Refine floor layouts, support capacity modeling and time studies, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a STEM program at an accredited college or university as a third- or fourth-year undergraduate student or as a Master's or Ph.D. student.
- Practical experience designing, building, and testing vehicles through internships, studies, or projects.
- Strong interest in vehicle hardware and a solid understanding of engineering first principles.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Must be a U.S. person under applicable U.S. export-control regulations or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing.
