Product Specialist (Healthcare IT)

What you will do

• Configure and manage TrakCare clinical functionality for regional healthcare requirements.
• Develop use cases, product requirements, functional requirements, and configuration specifications.
• Analyze customer problems and requests, collect feedback, and prioritize improvements.
• Work with developers, QA, training, documentation, implementation, and regional product teams on new functionality.
• Understand end-user workflows and ensure developed changes meet stated implementation needs.
• Prepare product materials, presentations, and demonstrations for knowledge sharing, training, presales, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Clinical or patient administration and billing experience.
• Experience working with healthcare IT and software implementations as a vendor or customer.
• Experience in patient administration, health insurance, billing, or revenue cycle management.
• Experience writing use cases, requirements, or functional documentation for healthcare applications.
• In-depth experience working with healthcare applications.
• University degree in technology, science, medicine, or healthcare.
