Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote or Hybrid in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Mexico, or Poland

What you will do

• Gather and clarify requirements from Product, Architecture, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze system behavior, integrations, and data flows when introducing new functionality.
• Write clear, actionable user stories for backend and UI development, including Given–When–Then acceptance criteria.
• Participate in backlog refinement and provide continuous clarification to developers during implementation.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure test cases align with requirements and assist in defect analysis.
• Facilitate cross-team discussions when system changes impact multiple integrated services.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst on complex software systems, preferably in the healthcare domain.
• Ability to perform technical analysis of system integrations, data flows, and dependencies.
• Understanding of REST APIs, message brokers, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validating system behavior.
• Basic understanding of cloud environments and AWS services.
• English: B2 or higher required
