Channel Manager (Logistics AI)

What you will do

• Identify and recruit logistics, automation, and supply chain technology partners for autonomous inventory monitoring solutions.
• Work with the sales team on complex enterprise deals and communicate the value of real-time warehouse visibility.
• Lead technical and commercial workshops so partners can pitch, demonstrate, implement, and support the platform.
• Collaborate with partners on integrating hirify.global data feeds with customers’ Warehouse Management Systems and ERP platforms.
• Coordinate with customer success and deployment teams to support successful partner-led implementations.
• Define partner success metrics, track performance, and optimize the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development.
• Experience in B2B supply chain technology, robotics, or industrial AI.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy challenges, and the 3PL landscape.
• Ability to discuss computer vision, edge computing, and API integrations.
• Strong communication skills, including translating physical AI concepts into clear ROI for warehouse managers and C-suite executives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deployments; a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
