Salary: $300,000 - $355,000 USD (On Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Own the commercial relationship with a portfolio of assigned SI partners, meeting partner-sourced revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and solutions architecture teams to execute joint go-to-market strategies and ensure clear handoffs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at major firms like Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC.
  • Develop and refine partner sales playbooks and enablement materials to improve Claude practice adoption.
  • Track pipeline health and provide accurate revenue forecasting to cross-functional leadership.
  • Gather and report market signals to product and strategy teams to influence future roadmap planning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner sales within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and managing pipeline through multi-party deal dynamics.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-growth, early-stage environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel for partner relationships and client engagements.
  • Genuine interest in AI and commitment to building safe, responsible systems.

Nice to have

  • Background at a major systems integrator or global consulting firm.
  • Experience with consumption-based or API-first business models.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth partner sales function.
