Salary: $300,000 - $355,000 USD (On Target Earnings)

What you will do
- Own the commercial relationship with a portfolio of assigned SI partners, meeting partner-sourced revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal sales and solutions architecture teams to execute joint go-to-market strategies and ensure clear handoffs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at major firms like Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC.
- Develop and refine partner sales playbooks and enablement materials to improve Claude practice adoption.
- Track pipeline health and provide accurate revenue forecasting to cross-functional leadership.
- Gather and report market signals to product and strategy teams to influence future roadmap planning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner sales within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and managing pipeline through multi-party deal dynamics.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-growth, early-stage environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- Willingness to travel for partner relationships and client engagements.
- Genuine interest in AI and commitment to building safe, responsible systems.

- Background at a major systems integrator or global consulting firm.
- Experience with consumption-based or API-first business models.
- Prior experience in a high-growth partner sales function.
