Business Planning Analyst

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States of America

Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for United States candidates.

What you will do

• Lead complex data and business analysis to develop strategic business plans and recommendations.
• Build statistical and financial forecasting models, define performance KPIs, and identify performance gaps.
• Manage market research projects and synthesize business, financial, operational, and competitive intelligence into actionable insights.
• Lead cross-functional planning initiatives and partner with business leaders to identify opportunities.
• Convert strategy and performance data into executive-level narratives, PowerPoint decks, dashboards, charts, and visual systems.
• Produce short-form and event-ready videos with editing, motion graphics, titles, and optimized final exports.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• 7–10 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen, analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, data visualization, market research, and customer insights skills.
• Advanced presentation and executive storytelling skills, including PowerPoint mastery and data-driven message design.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Ability to manage complex problems, work across functions, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
