What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, cubes, and other business intelligence solutions.
• Analyze and interpret financial, statistical, managerial, and business intelligence data.
• Work with data warehouses and other data sources to support reporting requirements.
• Assess reporting needs, evaluate existing solutions against strategic goals, and develop appropriate reporting plans.
• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, efficiency, and usability of reports and user data.
• Train and support users in accessing and applying business intelligence systems and reports.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in business intelligence or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of reporting best practices and how business intelligence integrates with related business areas.
• Ability to solve complex problems using multiple sources of information.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects.
• Availability to work in Bangalore, India and travel up to 10% of the time.
