Senior Manager, Finance Systems & Data Governance

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States; Workplace: Hybrid. The role may require occasional travel, nights, weekends, or on-call work and involves working in a facility with industrial hazards, including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead, high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics.

What you will do

• Own finance planning, reporting, and ERP systems, including administration, user access, security, maintenance, integrations, and data flows.
• Establish enterprise-wide finance master data governance, including ownership, change controls, approval workflows, audit trails, and data-quality monitoring.
• Lead finance workstreams for ERP, EPM, planning, reporting, and integration implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
• Translate finance requirements into future-state processes and system configurations while coordinating internal stakeholders and implementation partners.
• Enable budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, dashboards, data loads, reconciliations, and validation processes.
• Improve finance processes through automation, scalable controls, documentation, training materials, and operating procedures.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Finance Systems, FP&A, Financial Operations, Business Systems, or Finance Transformation.
• 5+ years leading teams that include individual contributors and sometimes first-line managers.
• Experience administering ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Experience administering and implementing planning tools such as Anaplan, Pigment, Oracle Cloud EPM, or similar.
• Experience establishing master data governance frameworks and improving data quality.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial close, and cross-functional project delivery.
