Senior FP&A Lead

hirify.global operates a US-listed entity with US R&D operations and a Hyperscaler customer segment.

What you will do

• Own budgeting, forecasting, project-level cost tracking, and capex planning for the US R&D lab.
• Lead revenue management for Hyperscaler customers, including pricing, contract economics, deal reviews, revenue recognition, and customer profitability.
• Act as US country controller, overseeing entity close, statutory reporting, tax filings, audit support, and internal controls.
• Partner with US sales leadership on revenue forecasting, commission planning, and deal economics.
• Prepare board reporting and investor relations content related to US operations and the Hyperscaler segment.
• Drive long-range planning for US R&D investment and Hyperscaler revenue strategy, while automating FP&A and controllership processes.

Requirements

• CPA, CFA, or MBA.
• 10–15 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Technology-industry FP&A or strategic finance experience, or an engineering degree combined with an MBA.
• Strong operational FP&A experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or hardware cost analysis.
• Proven business partnering with operations and commercial leaders.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and comfort working with large datasets.

Nice to have

• Technology, hardware, semiconductor, or FMCG industry experience.
• Manufacturing cost accounting exposure.
• Experience building finance teams and processes from scratch.
• Controller or senior finance leadership experience within a US-headquartered multinational.
