(Senior) FP&A Manager

What you will do

• Own project controlling across budgets, actuals, open commitments, accruals, forecasts, and plan variances for multiple concurrent projects.
• Deliver reconciled and documented transfer-pricing cost bases for intercompany charging between group entities.
• Partner with project leads and scientific and technical teams to identify cost overruns and support corrective actions.
• Lead group consolidation, management, board, and investor reporting, including budgets versus actuals, forecasts, KPIs, and cash burn.
• Own integrated planning for profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, headcount, personnel costs, scenarios, and cash runway.
• Design and automate group-wide cost accounting and controlling processes using Dynamics 365 Business Central and connected tools.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, project controlling, or corporate controlling.
• Hands-on experience with project and portfolio controlling across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with financial consolidation and sound knowledge of HGB and IFRS.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with BI/reporting tools and Dynamics 365 Business Central is beneficial.
• Fluent German and English required. Able to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
