Finance Manager (Modular Data Center Infrastructure)

Location: Houston, Texas, USA; hybrid work arrangement with up to 20% travel

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and operational teams on financial analysis, recommendations, strategic initiatives, and profitability improvements.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue growth, project profitability, capital planning, pricing, investments, manufacturing, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor project revenue, margins, costs, cash flow, working capital, budgets, forecasts, backlog, pipeline conversion, and execution metrics.
• Support contract reviews, commercial decisions, project accounting, financial reporting, revenue recognition, and period-end processes.
• Improve reporting tools, dashboards, automation, ERP processes, forecasting reliability, and financial governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or business finance.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, analytical, and advanced Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience in project-based, engineering, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, or industrial businesses.
• Experience with management reporting, KPI dashboards, stakeholder management, and independent work in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or related certification.
• Experience with project accounting, revenue recognition, ERP systems, and business intelligence or reporting tools.
• Exposure to manufacturing, data center, energy, or infrastructure industries.
