What you will do

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage high-value channel partners, including VARs, distributors, and SIs across the DACH region.
  • Drive partner-led revenue growth and ensure alignment with quarterly business objectives and GTM priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and enablement teams to scale programs for partner training, co-marketing, and incentives.
  • Support partner sellers through the full sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, contract management, and deal closing.
  • Develop and own the regional channel partner strategy to maximize pipeline health and revenue performance.
  • Resolve channel conflicts and foster long-term strategic relationships with key partner executives.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (native or bilingual) and business proficiency in English required.
  • Must be based in Germany (Cologne, Berlin, or Munich).
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in channel or partner sales within SaaS, AI, or cloud technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million euro ARR targets and scaling reseller ecosystems in the DACH region.
  • Deep understanding of partner GTM models (sell-to, sell-with, sell-through).
  • Experience with Salesforce and partner management tools (PRM).
