Financial Analyst (SaaS)

Location: In-office in Westminster, Colorado or Lake Oswego, Oregon, United States; 10% travel required

Salary: $78,400–$107,900 per year; bonus eligible

What you will do

• Partner with Global Support, Renewals, and Customer Success leaders to deliver data-driven insights and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting for global customer organizations.
• Build and refine business intelligence models for Cost to Serve, Deflection Rates, and other operational metrics.
• Evaluate the financial impact of self-service automation and deflection strategies on Customer Lifetime Value and platform retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Approximately 3 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including data cleaning and variance analysis.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools for data analysis and workflow automation.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work in the Westminster, Colorado or Lake Oswego, Oregon office.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-growing SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
• Familiarity with Customer Experience metrics and advanced business intelligence tools.
