Advisor, Sales Operations

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries about order status through email and phone.
• Prepare quotations, review purchase orders, and provide customer feedback within 24 hours.
• Coordinate order date management, planning execution, and on-time shipments.
• Generate order confirmations, proforma invoices, proof of delivery, and other customer documentation.
• Track and act on KPIs, update customer databases, and investigate shipment-expediting requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics, Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Enablement teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of customer-facing experience, or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, solve problems, and apply critical thinking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, accept direction and feedback, and pursue continuous improvement.
