What you will do

• Establish hirify.global as a trusted healthcare technology leader by shaping its growth narrative.
• Translate market insights, customer needs, and product strengths into clear marketing positioning.
• Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns and optimize them through experimentation and analytics.
• Create targeted content that educates healthcare stakeholders and builds thought leadership in AI-native healthcare transformation.
• Build and lead a lean, high-impact marketing team while coordinating agencies and external partners.

Requirements

• Degree from a top-ranked business school with a focus on marketing, or a background in journalism.
• Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in a top-tier agency, scale-up, or SaaS environment.
• Strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial, execution-focused mindset.
• Interest in healthcare technology and the ability to create professional content for hospital and healthcare audiences.
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
