People Operations Manager

Location: On-site at the NYC office; paid relocation support to NYC is available.

Salary: $130K–$170K per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own offer letters, DocuSign workflows, offer decks, and offer-related coordination.
• Run end-to-end new hire onboarding through Rippling and Ashby.
• Coordinate calendars, onboarding logistics, and first-day and first-month experiences.
• Manage visa processes and coordination through Concord with employees and immigration counsel.
• Maintain employee records, workflows, and People Operations processes.
• Improve People Operations infrastructure and eventually own performance reviews, cycles, and manager enablement.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Recruiting Operations, or a similar role.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to stay ahead of deadlines and moving pieces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion when handling sensitive employee and candidate information.
• Experience with HRIS and recruiting tools.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment and independently own execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rippling and Ashby.
• Experience improving existing systems and processes rather than building from scratch.
